Patient access support with Revi® Access
BlueWind Medical’s patient access program, Revi Access, supports you in obtaining insurance coverage for Revi through the submission of prior authorizations, pre-service appeals, and post service claims appeals. The program, powered by our partner, JDL Access, works directly with your healthcare provider and your health insurance company to obtain approval for Revi and appeal any service denials until a final decision is determined.
How to get started
If you and your healthcare provider agree that Revi is the best option for you, discuss your health insurance with them. A prior authorization may be necessary depending on your insurance type. If your physician is enrolled with Revi Access, follow the steps below:
Talk to your physician about Revi to ensure it’s the best next step for your care and treatment.
Confirm your insurance information is up to date with your physician’s office.
Sign the Revi Access consent form at your physician’s office to get the process started.
